Elvira Sakhipzadovna Nabiullina ((ロシア語: Эльвира Сахипзадовна Набиуллина); (バシキール語:Эльвира Сәхипзада ҡыҙы Нәбиуллина); born 29 October 1963) is a Tatar born-Russian economist and head of the Central Bank of Russia.
